About Project
PDC SmileMore DSP is a patient-facing dental savings plan portal built for Parkville Dental Center, located in Parkville, Missouri. The site allows uninsured patients to browse membership pricing, review service discounts, and enroll directly online — with plan tiers ranging from single to family memberships on an annual renewal basis.
The site was built and is managed under the SmileMore Marketing umbrella, which creates and maintains custom dental savings plan websites for independent dental practices across the US. Seerox was brought in on a monthly retainer to handle ongoing technical upkeep and content updates, keeping the portal accurate, functional, and patient-ready.
The Challenge
The site serves a specific, transactional purpose — patients visit to enroll or get information before calling the practice. Any issue with the site, whether a broken form, outdated content, or a display problem, directly affects that experience.
The contact and enrollment forms needed regular testing to confirm submissions were going through correctly, as any failure would mean patients couldn’t reach the practice or complete their signup.
Page content — including pricing, service discount tables, and plan descriptions — needed to stay current. Details like annual fees, covered treatments, and membership terms occasionally change, and those updates had to be reflected on the site promptly.
As the practice’s plan or offerings evolved, new pages or sections sometimes needed to be added or adjusted to match.
General WordPress maintenance — plugin updates, compatibility checks, marvel removal and bug fixes — was required on an ongoing basis to keep the site stable and functioning without interruption.
The Solution
Seerox managed the site on a monthly basis covering all agreed areas of work.
Form testing was done regularly to confirm the contact form and enrollment flows were working end to end. Any issues found were fixed promptly.
Content updates were handled as needed — pricing page adjustments, discount table edits, plan description changes, and any new page or section requested by the client were turned around as part of the monthly scope.
Routine WordPress maintenance was carried out each month, including plugin and core updates, with a check for any resulting compatibility or display issues.
The Results
- Contact and enrollment forms kept functional with regular testing cycles
- Pricing and service content kept accurate and up to date
- New or updated pages delivered as requested within the monthly scope
- Site maintained on current WordPress versions without stability issues
