About Project
Xtreme Cubes Corporation is a modular building manufacturer based in Henderson, Nevada. They design and fabricate customizable steel modular structures for a wide range of applications — including remote workforce accommodations, industrial and mining sites, quick-serve commercial builds, multi-story hospitality, government facilities, and residential projects. Their client portfolio includes organizations like the US Air Force, Bechtel, Northrop Grumman, Dutch Bros, Taco Bell, and several mining companies.
Their WordPress website serves as the primary showcase for their projects, product categories, and partner relationships. Seerox was brought in to handle a site migration along with ongoing security and maintenance work on an as-needed basis.
The Challenge
The client needed their existing website moved to a new server without any disruption to the live site or loss of content.
Some responsiveness issues appeared — certain elements were not displaying correctly across different screen sizes and needed to be fixed.
Maintaining a clean and secure site was important to the client. They requested malware scans periodically whenever they had concerns, rather than on a fixed schedule.
The site also needed occasional backups and general maintenance on request, without a standing retainer in place.
The Solution
Seerox cloned the existing website and migrated it to the new server, ensuring all content, media, and configurations were transferred correctly.
After the migration, responsiveness issues were identified and fixed — adjusting layout and display elements to work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Malware scans were carried out each time the client requested them. Any findings were reviewed and addressed, and security measures were put in place to reduce risk going forward — including hardening standard WordPress security configurations.
Website backups were performed on request, and general maintenance tasks were handled as the client raised them.
The Results
The website was successfully cloned and migrated to the new server with all content, media, and configurations intact. Responsiveness issues that existed on the site were identified and resolved, bringing the site to a consistent display across all screen sizes.
All malware scans requested by the client came back clear, and the security measures put in place helped reduce the site’s exposure going forward. Backups and maintenance tasks were handled as needed, keeping the site stable and available whenever the client required support.
